DTS digital torque tester is a cost-effective testing tool.  It has a solid metal housing and a large back-lit graphics LCD.  The tester is suitable for measuring and setting torque tools.  DTS can be used with all powered torque tools as well as manual torque tools.

DTS 0.5-50N.m come with both 3/8" square socket drive and 20mm square drive.  Suitable for most power torque tool (except impact and pulse tools). Also suitable for torque screwdriver.   A matching capacity rundown adapter is supplied as standard. on all units, The rundown adapter is required when using with power tools.

DTS 100-500N.m are suitable for all type of torque wrench. Square drive socket corresponds with the capacity, please see from drop down menu.  DTS 100 come with 3/8" Square socket, DTS 200 N.m 1/2" Square socket and DTS500 is 3/4" Square socket.  Rundown adapter not supplied with these capacities. 

The different units of measurement can be cycled through using one button.  Select from three modes of operation: a track mode for displaying live readings and two peak modes (clockwise and counterclockwise) that record the maximum value captured during the test.

The DTS gauge is ready to work without any additional setup.  For a more advanced test setup, the simple English menu lets you configure the instrument to your requirements.

The Pass/Fail mode allows you to configure upper and lower limits for your test.  While this mode is active, the device provides a visual and audible indication when a test passes or fails.

The instruments can store up to several hundred readings at the push of a button.  Review the stored data on the device screen or download it to a computer through a USB port.  A free Windows-based software program and a USB cable for PC connectivity is provided.
